Computacenter Group Kick Off Conference
SUMMARY
Since 2008, CI Group have supported Computacenter and their partners with event, exhibition & communication services to provide outstanding service, creative solutions, and implementation of bespoke stands. In 2023, Computacenter joined forces with us again for GKO 2023 following hugely successful events in Lyon 2018, Berlin 2019 and Manchester 2020 to ensure the same quality of service was delivered this year. We assigned a dedicated team to work with Computacenter to understand and execute their key objectives, KPI’s and ESG agenda.
OUR EXPERIENCE
We worked collaboratively with Computacenter and their vendor Partners to design, build and execute the exhibition end-to-end, from stand ideation through to execution. At the 2023 event in Manchester, our expert team created 16 innovative bespoke stand designs to display the unique messaging and brand (product) proposition.
OUR SOLUTION
We had the challenge of creating bespoke stands to showcase engaging, content-rich experiences for major technology brands who want to stand out from the crowd at a busy, fast-paced event.
Key to the delivery was ensuring maximum footfall and engagement for each Vendor partner. We also wanted to ensure that each stand build aligned not only with our sustainability values, but those of the client too. We used up-cycled, reusable materials and modular frameworks that were repurposed to reduce the environmental impact on the environment wherever possible. To ensure we executed this effectively, each partner received support from a dedicated Project Manager, pre, during and post-event to provide a consistently high level of service throughout, from concept to delivery to exceed client expectations.
