Royal Caribbean tasked us to deliver a birthday event to celebrate five years of their trade incentive scheme Club Rewards and their 50th company birthday party!
Along with a fun-filled day of activities and a glamourous dinner, an awards ceremony was hosted so top performing agents could be recognised by members of the leadership team.

We managed an exclusive takeover of Stapleford Park for the event.
Engaging and celebrating 80 guests from Royal Caribbean’s top performing agents, we created a high energy fun- packed event with team building activities and a glamorous awards dinner & entertainment.
To truly wow those in attendance we delivered show- stopping elements such as projection mapping on the hotel estate.
HOW WE DID IT
The event kicked off with an afternoon of fun and games – including duck herding and clay pigeon shooting to name a few. After a competitive afternoon, guests dressed to impress and enjoyed the glitz and glamour of the awards dinner.
Across the programme of entertainment, we delivered VIP delegate management; full event logistics; venue and supplier management (team building, awards gala dinner, fireworks display); live event technical production (audio visual, video streaming, projection mapping); and, of course, seamless execution!
